If you’re like me, you probably have a few beauty tips that are part of your daily routine. I think it’s great to take care of yourself, but sometimes it can seem like so much work! Here are some of my favorite beauty tips that will help make life just a little easier.

Drink more water

You should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Drinking water before and after meals helps you digest your food, so you’ll feel full faster. It also prevents constipation, bloating, and indigestion. Drinking more than one glass at a time can cause bloating and make you feel bloated because all that liquid is expanding in your stomach. Don’t drink too much at once or else it will come back up through your mouth as vomit! Tap water contains chemicals like chlorine which can damage the skin over time if used often enough so try using bottled instead!

Eat folic acid-rich foods

Folic acid is an essential vitamin that helps prevent birth defects, such as spina bifida. It’s also found in leafy green vegetables, beans, and fortified cereals.

If you’re pregnant or planning to become pregnant soon, talk to your doctor about taking a multivitamin with folic acid before you conceive and during the first trimester of pregnancy (when most neural tube defects occur).

Every day, when you’re out in the sun, you should wear sunscreen. Sunscreen is a cream or lotion that protects your skin from the sun’s harmful rays. It can help prevent skin cancer and wrinkles for your Beauty Tips Daily.
